Hang 20 gets a nose job...

...and a lot of gear!

Today, we finished some projects including a little fiberglass patch on the bow (thanks, Bob!), polishing the bottom (thanks, Raife!), launching the boat, finishing loading the boat, rigging, organizing, etc etc.

We seem to be ready to go. We have a couple final things to bring in the morning, and our start will be at 1015 hours PST in the Kolea DH 1 division. The forecast is looking like relatively light winds, so we will probably take longer than the average trip this year. We're coming to terms with it.

The YB tracker is now here and will be on a four-hour delay. We will not have the InReach tracking on constantly because it eats batteries, but we do plan to turn it on and send a location through it daily.

More race info and media will be available at the Pac Cup website. We expect to post updates here during the race, but we will not be able to post photos until the end. Here are some photos of the boat ready to go to satisfy you in the meantime. Wish us luck - and good wind!
